  • I have been an employee of the Care Center since it opened in July of 2019. I started out as a Customer Service Representative then transitioned into the Inside Sales Department. I enjoy being able to work with new customers to help get them set up with new service as quickly and efficiently as possible. I also enjoy working with my teammates every day to make sure we are going above and beyond to help each and every person that calls into the call center.

  • I have been with our Customer Care Center since Aug of 2020 where I started out as a Customer Service Representative and transitioned from the service and delivery side of customer care to a Customer Care Specialist. Now, I'm a Team Lead. I love being able to help customers with any issue or question that may arise especially since propane may be new to them and help is needed to find what best fits their propane needs. I also enjoy working with my teammates everyday and going above and beyond to help every person that calls in needing our help. This truly is an environment I never thought I'd find in a workplace and it is amazing.
