A Message to Our Customers About Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We at Heller’s Gas remain committed to the health and safety of our customers and team members, and in response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, have enacted our emergency preparedness plan.

As a life sustaining and essential business and member of a critical infrastructure sector, we remain committed to staying open and continuing to serve our customers as we have since 1941 without interruption, ensuring propane, service and support is there when you need it most.

In order to limit physical contact as much as possible, we are encouraging our customers to make payments or request deliveries and service through our easy and convenient electronic options in place of visiting branch locations whenever possible by simply doing one of the following:

  1. Log into our Web Portal Here
  2. Download and log into our Mobile App (available for both Apple & Android devices)
  3. Call 1-800-422-0560 to speak with a live customer service agent

If you or someone in your home/business has been exposed to or are experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know in advance of any scheduled appointment that requires entry into your home/business so we can mitigate the impact to everyone involved.

Special precautions specific to the COVID-19 outbreak have been developed and communicated to all Heller’s Gas field and office personnel, asking each and every team member to help by doing the following:

  • Limit contact with customers and employees alike whenever possible
  • Refrain from any congregation or concentrations of team members
  • Follow all CDC-recommended best practices including washing/sanitizing hands routinely, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces regularly, avoiding touching eyes, nose, mouth, and high touch surfaces, and seeking immediate medical attention if any COVID-19 symptoms develop and refrain from reporting to work

We are actively monitoring all CDC, WHO, federal, state and local guidance and responding accordingly to updates.

Heller’s Gas remains OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

As an essential service provider, we have continually invested in infrastructure and preparedness measures to ensure our customers never have to fear being left without propane or service and support when they need it most.

At this time, our delivery, service, and customer service departments remain fully operational and we have ensured that our supply points and bulk storage locations are stocked and uninterrupted!

As a “life-sustaining business” per PA Gov. Tom Wolf’s order issued 3.19.20, all Heller’s Gas locations and services will continue to operate without interruption and provide unmatched service and support as we have done since 1941!

In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have enacted our emergency preparedness plan in order to keep both our customers and team members safe and healthy. We are actively monitoring all CDC, WHO, federal, state and local guidance and responding accordingly to updates. In addition, all team members have been briefed on wellness best practices and are receiving updates as information becomes available.

We are happy to announce that WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS and all delivery, service, and customer service operations are continuing without interruption, ensuring customer tanks are kept full and service and support is there when you need it most!
