| We
just moved to the Benton/Bloomsburg
area last May 2000 and have always had a wood-burning fireplace.
Well it gets awful cold on the mountains and I wanted an extra
reliable heat source just in case the heat pump went down.
Thank heavens we did not have that happen our first winter
in the area.
We
purchased our first Heat-N-Glo
fireplace from Paul at Heller's in January 2001, with the
weathered brick front and had it installed in our family room.
Let me tell you when it is on you can turn the heat off in
the rest of the downstairs. It certainly lives up to heating
2500 sq. feet.
We
purchased our second Heat-N-Glo
fireplace also from Paul at Heller's this past April and got
a good deal. This one had the hand painted tiles and wonderful
wood curio top made by Dave out of Danville, PA. This was
installed in the master bedroom and has already been in use
the past few cold nights. I will tell you it was not an easy
installation, but they made it look easy.
All
I can tell you is I did not think I would like gas fireplaces,
having been an old wood guy all my life. I like them for their
efficiency, and cost is relatively light. They are great to
look at and make a room, no, a home, well worth the small
investment.
Paul
and his technicians who have installed and serviced the fireplaces
and LP bottles are very professional and know their stuff.
As for the workmanship, prep, and cleanup I have not found
any other technicians coming into any of my homes over the
years, who were as courteous, clean, and when they left you
never knew they were there.
I
intend on using Heller's for my LP gas and for more LP equipment
such as a tankless water heater which offers instant hot water,
and possibly a backup main home heat source.
Trust
me when I say I do not give testimonials lightly. Paul and
his team should be complimented on their commitment to customer
service.
